To apply for a mutual exchange (ie. between 2 MOs) or a tripartite
exchange (ie. among 3 MOs) in the MO postings, please fill in the application
form(WORD:43KB). To apply for exchanges involving 4 or more MOs,
please indicate the no. of parties involved as shown below and attach a
similar form to fill in the other MOs' particulars before seeking the
respective HODs' approval.
Approval from NHG Director (Clinical Manpower) and SHS Director
(Medical Manpower) are required for cross-cluster exchanges.
Please note that the deadline for submission of mutual exchanges to
NHG HR Office, is 14 April 2008 (Monday), 5pm. Our fax no. is 6496
6871 and we are located at 6 Commonwealth Lane, Level 6, GMTI
Building. Late submissions will not be entertained.
