Notes

1) All the above fields are compulsory unless specified otherwise.

2) The Mutual Exchange period will be from 5 April to 14 April . The Application to Swap MO Postings Form(WORD: 43KB) can be downloaded here. Please note that the deadline for submission of mutual exchanges to NHG HR Office, is 14 April 2008, 5pm. Our fax no. is 6496 6871 and we are located at 6 Commonwealth Lane, Level 6, GMTI Building. Late submissions will not be entertained.

3) The finalised set of results (after mutual exchanges) will be released from 16 April 2008 onwards. Please look out for them on this website.
